You’re probably thinking pineapple tattoos? Really? That’s even a thing? Yes my friend it is a thing and a quick Google search will prove to you that thousands upon thousands of people have thought about, followed through, and came away reasonably happy with their decision to get one the world’s juiciest and most delectable tropical fruits tattooed permanently onto their skin.
While most of our pineapples come from Costa Rica, the Philippines, and Brazil, one of the most famous pineapple plantations is located in the US state of Hawaii, where one James Dole opened the first pineapple canary in 1901.
To tell if a pineapple is ripe, simply check the color. Ripe pineapples will have a golden yellow color as well as a strong, sweet aroma. But enough about pineapples, lets check out the ink.
